A branch of LIVEFAST
Everything got faster. Your systems didn’t.
A website built for a web that no longer exists. Work your team still does by hand. Staff quietly using AI on personal accounts, under no policy. Three problems, three vendors, nobody owning the result.
15 or 30 minutes, free, no pitch deck. We ask what is actually slowing you down and tell you what we would do about it.
We are not consultants. LIVEFAST runs a retail arbitrage operation that helps clients and consumers secure hard-to-obtain products through automation — automation working in production, against systems that push back. Solutions brings that to companies outside it.

What we do
Three problems, one engagement.
Most companies need all three and buy them separately, which is why the pieces never quite fit together.
Website modernization
Your site was built for a web that no longer exists. We rebuild it on current foundations, without a year-long project.
Most dated company sites are not ugly so much as slow, unusable on a phone, impossible for staff to update, and invisible to search. We fix the causes, not the paint.
- Rebuilt for speed — Core Web Vitals your competitors are already being ranked on
- Usable on a phone, because that is where most of your traffic already is
- Accessible to screen readers and keyboard users, which is increasingly a legal question
- A CMS your team will actually use, so you stop filing tickets to change a phone number
- Analytics wired to the questions you ask, not a dashboard nobody opens
AI integration
Not a chatbot bolted to your homepage. AI placed inside the work your team already does, where it removes hours.
We start by finding the workflows where AI actually pays — repetitive reading, drafting, classifying, summarising — and leave the rest alone. Then we build it into the tools your staff already have open.
- A pass over your workflows that names which are worth automating and which are not
- Integration into the systems you already run, not another tab to remember
- Human review steps and guardrails where the cost of a wrong answer is real
- A written policy on what may and may not be put into a model
- Measurement afterwards, so you know what it saved instead of guessing
AI employee training
The tools only pay off if your people use them well. We train your staff on their actual work, not on generic demos.
Most AI training fails because it teaches the tool instead of the job. We run sessions built around the documents, systems and decisions your team handles every week.
- Role-specific sessions — finance, ops, sales and support do not need the same training
- Playbooks written against your real documents and workflows
- Clear rules on what is safe to share with a model and what is not
- A follow-up round once people have hit real problems, so it sticks
- Left-behind material your team can train new hires with
Why now
Falling behind is not a plateau. It is a slope.
The gap compounds
A site that was merely dated three years ago is now failing the ranking signals, the accessibility expectations and the phone screens that everyone else has already adapted to. Waiting makes the rebuild bigger, not smaller.
Your staff are already using AI
Usually on personal accounts, with your documents, under no policy. The question is not whether AI enters your business. It is whether it enters somewhere you can see it.
Tools without training change nothing
Most AI spending produces a licence nobody opens. The work is in finding the handful of workflows that genuinely pay, and teaching the people who own them.
How it works
A conversation, then a plan, then the work.
No scoped audit sold up front and no price before we understand the problem. The plan comes out of the call.
- 01
The call
15 or 30 minutes, free. We ask about the business, not just the website. If we are the wrong people for the problem, we say so while you still have your afternoon.
- 02
A targeted plan
In writing, afterwards. What we would do, in what order, and what we would leave alone. Specific to what you told us, not a package off a shelf.
- 03
The work, quoted from the plan
Only what is in it. You are free to take the plan to someone else, or do it yourself. Most people do not, but the option is what makes the plan worth reading.
See how we think
Curious before you talk to anyone?
Point this at your homepage. It is the same engine we run before any call, and it will tell you which areas have room to improve.
Free, instant, no email required. A quick outside look at your homepage that tells you which areas have room to improve. We go through what we actually found on the call.
Who we are
Built as a branch, not a spin-off.
LIVEFAST Solutions exists because the same question kept arriving from the same kind of company: we know we are behind, where do we even start?
LIVEFAST Solutions is a branch of LIVEFAST, a retail arbitrage operation that helps clients and consumers secure hard-to-obtain products through automation. Solutions is the part of it that works with companies outside the industry LIVEFAST grew up in.
That background matters more than it sounds. LIVEFAST’s core business is building automation that has to hold up at speed, under load, against systems that change without warning. It is the same discipline that separates AI which survives contact with a real workflow from AI that only demos well.
The pattern we kept seeing: a business with a site built years ago, staff quietly pasting company documents into personal AI accounts, and no one internally whose job it is to fix either. Three separate vendors will happily sell you three separate projects. None of them will own the result.
So the engagement is deliberately whole. We ask questions first, tell you plainly which parts are worth doing, and do the parts you agree to — the rebuild, the integration, and the training that makes the first two matter.
Start with a conversation, not a proposal.
A short call on what is actually costing you time or customers. You leave with our honest read on it, whether or not you hire us.
